Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and overdue collections.
- Explain outstanding dues and negotiate repayment commitments.
- Follow up on promised payments and update records accurately.
- Maintain customer interaction details in CRM/collection systems.
- Follow company policies, compliance norms, and call etiquette.
Escalate unresolved cases to supervisors when required.
